An elegant mouthful of spiced black berries. Enticing and tantalising aromas of fresh black pepper, coriander seeds and perfumed violets on the nose give way to soft, juicy black fruits with hints of leather and dark, dark chocolate. Supple, ripe tannins support the fruity core and lead through to a spicy long finish.
Serve at ±18 degrees Celcius. A winner with traditional South African game meats or a fine piece of succulent steak.
