Delivery Costs

Delivery costs will automatically be calculated at checkout. Please ensure that the correct province for your delivery is selected.


How will my wines be delivered?

We make use of a national courier service for door to door deliveries anywhere in South Africa.

Orders within Cape Town and surrounds are delivered in 1 – 2 business days.

Orders for the Gauteng and Kwazulu Natal regions are delivered in 2 – 4 business days.

All orders are delivered as road freight.


Can I trace my order?

All orders are traceable. Orders are delivered on a waybill with a unique reference number. You may use the contact details above to track your order should it not be delivered within the allotted timeframe.


Damages and Defects

We will fully replace any goods which were damaged during delivery or appear to have a defect.


Can you assist me with wine for my wedding, event or as a corporate gift?

Yes, we certainly can. Please contact us using the details provided.


Do you do mixed cases?

Yes, please feel free to order mixed cases in the variety of your choice. Cases are packed in multiples of 6 bottles, but this is not a requirement.

All goods ordered are only dispatched for delivery upon payment reflecting in our account, should any alternative payment method other than Payfast be used.
